1 、 推进教研组和学科教研联合体建设，做好区的评优工作根据评选方案中规定的评选条件、 评选程序、 工作要求， 本着实事求是的原则， 发现典型、 总结经验， 做好工作， 并以评选活动为载体， 组织交流、 积累案例， 进一步促进学校教研组和校际教研联合体建设。
命名表彰大会将于2009年底举行。六、 做好几项评选工作

编辑“信息技术应用推广”简报， 反映动态， 促进交流。
七、 推进信息技术的应用推广。一、 二、 三、 四署分别于1 1月 上旬、1 1 月 下旬、 1 2月 上旬、 1 0月 中旬举行“信息化与教学整合” 的展示。
八、 抓好“学科教学资源库” 建设和使用。资源库以学科新课程、 新教材为主线， 按学科、 年级、 单元重点， 开发和收录优秀教学资源。
它涵盖备课资源、 课堂教学、 作业设计、考试研究、 教学论坛等； 资源来自于浦东的各所学校， 具有相当大的原创性， 能有效为新课程新教材实施服务。
本学期要加强宣传资源库的功能， 并希望能够奉献基层教师的教学经验，共同建设资源库， 使资源库更好的为基层学校教师教学服务。
九、 加强青年教师的培养。3、 抓好青年教师教学研究课题。在做好青年教师市级课题申报立项的同时， 抓好区教研部立项的青年教师教学研究课题。1 、 加强对30岁青年教师的培养。2、 选拔青年教师参加市教学评比。
