　Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests,good evening.Here we Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will held a conference about TianMei Furniture company and Morgan Group to discuss Sino-US joint venture. 主持人：经过两个多月的竞标，天美家俬凭借独特设计与现代元素相结合的理念脱颖而出，成为最后赢家。最后，获得了由摩根集团在中国特区授权的洽谈合资机会。

　The host: After two months of bidding, TianMei furniture company with the unique design and concept of combining modern elements come to the fore and to be the eventual winner. At the same time, the guest host beside me is an interpreter come from the Foreign Language College of ZaoZhuang University:Christine. 主持人：本次会议分为三个环节：首先，展开摩根集团与天美家俬的具体合资洽谈事宜。第二个环节：我们的各位来宾对两公司提出问题并希望给予一些美好建议。第三个环节：我们的签字仪式 The host: The conference is divided into three parts. First, expansion of the Morgan group and the TianMei Furniture company specific joint venture negotiations. Second, all guests ask questions to the two companies and give some good suggestions. 　Selina: Next, I will propose the following requirement. With the increased standard of people’s life, people have more requirements about the furniture. People begin to pursue not only the comfortable but also the environmental and safety. Amanda: 接下来，我将会一一阐述我们的要求。随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对家具产品的要求也日新月异。人们开始不但追求家具的舒适还开始讲求绿色环保和安全。

　Selina: Therefore, in order to meet the world’s theme of sustainable development. We stick to the people’s oriented. So, firstly, the company we want to find should save the resources,

　that is to say the product manufacture should save the material in producing the furniture. We hope to use the limited resources to maximize the value.

　Secondly, the design require to be beautiful, simple and smooth. Then they must have the strong individual characteristic and high artistic appreciation. Amanda: 所以为了迎合当今世界可持续发展的主题，以人为本。我们寻找的家居产品制造商首先要节约资源也就是节约材料，以人的要求为中心利用有限的资源创造最大的价值，另外就是要美观，家居外形设计简洁流畅，有强烈独特的设计风格和艺术欣赏价值。

　程亚楠:我们中国有句老话，有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎？所以，首先让我们对于摩根公司的到来表示热烈的欢迎！今天能有机会与贵公司合作，我们很荣幸，希望我们洽谈顺利，接下来我将介绍我们公司的情况。我们的公司天美家俬总部位于香港，一个现代化的城市，在这么一个开放、高速发展的城市中，我们公司积极抓住每一个发展机会，不断努力走向国际，目前我们在广东、南京、日本、意大利皆有分公司，并计划未来三年内向德、法、美等国内发展。

　赵明燕：There is a old saying in our China.How happy we are,to meet friends from far away. Firstly,let’s give the warm welcome to the Morgan company. Today,it’s my great honor to have this chance to cooperate with your company. I hope we can end the conversation successfully. Now, I’d like to introduce our company’s basic information.Our company TianMei Furniture company

　is located in Hong Kong, which is a modern city .Among this opening ,at a high speed development city, we will seize every chance actively and try to stand on world stage. At present, we have subsidiary companies in Guangdong, Nanjing, Japan, and Italy. What’s more, we also plan to walk into America, France, German in the near 3 years.

　程亚楠:下面我将系统的介绍一下我们公司的产品，我们的家具有节能、环保、美观、舒适及创新的特点，十分符合当下的消费观点和主流。

　赵明燕：Now, I will introduce our products systematically. Our furniture were characterized with energy conservation , environmental protection, elegant appearance, comfortable and innovative, so they can meet nowadays’consumption concept and main stream. 程亚楠:从灯具来介绍，我们公司的灯具多采用可再生材料制造，从科学理念出发，灯光相对柔和，更加保护人们的眼睛。外形方面我们既有时尚大气的，也有古典雅致的，这是人们在购买时，选择更加多样化。

　赵明燕：Taking lights for example, our company’s

　lights

　were made from renewable sources. Starting from scientific concept, the light is comparable soft and can protect our eyes more. For the shape, we both have fashion and classic lights. That can provide more chance for consumers when they select lights. 程亚楠: 从椅子上来讲，人们对椅子的要求已不仅仅是单纯的“使用”，我们对消费者的需求者方面也作了充分的调查，针对于不同的人我们设计出各种各样的椅子。

　赵明燕：That’s all right! Now, I believe you must have had a basic knowledge about our company products and I hope they can satisfy you. If you still have other questions, we are ready to make it clear for you. At the same time ，I am so sorry for can’t make a detailed introduction for our products because of the limited time. Selina:Profits are most important for a company, our ideal income is five million dollars, what do you think about that? 　赵明燕：To be honest, we can’t actually guarantee that you can gain 5 billion dollars at a very short time .But, please believe you can and very likely. In our other foreign subsidiaries, the results are not very good at the very beginning. But after a period of adaptable time ,we can see a promising future. So, you should have the confidence. Selina: Now in China there are so many

　 Chinese furniture enterprises, what is biggest

　your enterprise do you think ? What is the most attract our place in your company? Amanda:现在上市的中国家具企业多如牛毛，你觉得你们最大的优势在哪里？也就是最吸引我们的地方是什么？ 程亚楠:我觉得我们公司有这几个优势：首先我们这个品牌在中国有良好的信誉，口碑好。其次，我们的售后服务，如有质量良问题，我公司可全权负责。最后我们公司在国外每年都有产品展览，产品在全球各地都非常受欢迎。

　赵明燕：I think our company has several advantages: first, our brand has good reputation and word of mouth. Secondly, our after sale service is very good and if our products have quality problem, our company can be solely responsible. Fianlly, our company has products exhibition abroad every year and our products are very popular around the world. Selina:Please give us some time to discuss. Amanda:下面请给我们我们些时间进行讨论。
