  本学期开学初英语教研组制定了务实的工作计划,我们组每一位成员满腔热情的投入到各项教学活动之中,老师们以提高英语学科教学质量为目标,不断研究与实践,并默默奉献与努力着。下面对本学期工作做简要回顾:

  一、注重学习与积累,提高自身素质和业务能力,服务于教学

  我们组是个年轻的团体,有着对工作的魄力和热情,但缺乏的是老教师的经验与沉稳。我们要不断的学习,汲取好的教育教学方法来充实自己,只有不断地提高教师自身文化素质和理论水平,才能更好地为教学服务。本学期,结合以往工作中存在的问题与弱项,我组教师认真学习相关的教学理论、教学教法。通过学习,大家明确了减负增效的主要目标,增强了责任感和紧迫感,把积累到的知识与方法运用于课堂教学当中。通过教研活动、集体备课,大家互相帮助,取长补短,不断创新教学手段,从学生的学习兴趣,生活经验和认知水平出发,组织课堂教学,并倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,呈现出个性化的课堂,并努力提高课堂教学效率。

  二、强化常规要求,规范教学工作

  (一)加强集体备课,落实“最优化、最有效”的教学设计。

  坚持集体备课制度是我们组一贯的做法,为使每一位英语教师都能养成自觉积极备课的习惯,我们从学科的客观实际出发,着手加强了同组备课,要求同年级教师齐心协力,共商教材教法。备课时要充分挖掘每一位教师的潜力,充分挖掘教材的内涵,对教材进行恰当的调整和重组;要做到备课标、备教材、备教法、备学法、备练习,备课中多考虑学生的实际情况,多腾出时间鼓励学生积极思维、鼓励学生运用交际语言、鼓励学生大胆创新,尽可能避免课堂上死气沉沉的气氛;备课时,同年级组成员对每一课都要写出详案,然后再进行不同构思的集体讨论,并且要求同年级的每一位英语教师保持同一个进度,切实将“最优化、最有效”的教学设计落实在课堂上。经过一学期严格的制度,老师们的教学设计有了明显的改善,教学设计更加精细、更加明了。孙爱玲和贺晶两位教师在这方面做的尤为突出,教学思路从学生的实际情况出发,使不同层次的学生学有所获,学有所乐。

  (二)改善教学观念,进行有效课堂教学。

  根据学科的特点,以激发学生的学习兴趣为目的,创设合理的教学情景,引导学生在模拟或真实的交际中理解、模仿和运用语言,要充分运用实物、图片、手势、直观教具和表演手法,生动活泼地进行英语教学,充分体现学生是课堂的主人,是学习的主人,让学生在快乐中感受语言的魅力。每位教师以此为目标,努力构建个性化、有效性的课堂教学。本学期积极开展共研课活动,老师们运用不同的教法,呈现出丰富多彩的课堂。张泽魁老师根据所教授内容,创设了生活化的教学情景,为学生学习和运用语言搭建了良好的平台。韩振芳老师从听、说、读、写四个方面,采用了新颖、巧妙的教学手段,真正体现了语言的综合运用能力,使学生受益匪浅。

  (三)严格执行计划,使教研活动开展到位。

  教研组要严格按照学期初制订的教研计划,安排好每位教师的教研活动内容,使每次教研活动形成一种充满民主、生机、讲究实效的教研风气。教研组要给每一位英语教师施加压力,要求每一位教师每学期至少上一堂公开课。然后再通过民主讨论、深刻分析、相互比较、相互探讨,使所上课的教学目标更加明确,教学内容更加详实,教学要求更加浅显,教学方法更加体现教学内容,教学效果更加突出。教研组的这种利用集体力量进行教学研讨的方法,使得组内每一位英语教师更加自觉学习,相互探讨、钻研业务的风气更加浓厚,由此带来的是每一位教师的综合素质的提高。其次,利用多种渠道努力提高自身的业务能力,规定每次教研活动学习与教学相关的知识,如学习英语课堂用语、观看优质课视频和英语歌谣游戏等。

  (四)教研组成员对课题保持高度的研究状态,使课题研究开展到位。

  为切实搞好该课题的研究,课题组全体成员统一了思想认识,哪怕工作再忙,课题研究不能丢,哪怕困难再大,也要持之以恒,努力克服,扎扎实实地做好课题研究;每学期初制订切实可行的计划,期末实事求是地进行总结,围绕主题,注重过程的研究,研究应不离学生,不离课堂,使每一位英语教师都处于研究状态,积极撰写课题小结,以课题研究为契机促进课堂教学的改革。

  (五)完善评价机制,保证学生的书写质量。

  作业书写质量差是本组的共性问题,更是急于解决的问题,所以学期初大家积极讨论如何提高学生的书写能力。老师们在作业的设计、作业的布置和评价表格上花费了很多心思。从学生的书写情况来看,有了明显的改善,与以往相比作业书写更加认真,更加有效。教师们都能做到作业布置适量、适度,及时批改,及时讲解,部分作业有针对性的评价语言。个别教师还根据学生的年龄特点,采用了适合学生的评价手段,给学生以学习英语的动力。康月莉和张晓萍两位教师在对作业的评价上利用了生动有趣的印章,以此来激励学生展开竞争,使学生呈现出积极向上的良好势头。

  在这学期我担任七年级二班,三班的英语教学。由于基础差,教学经验不足,所以我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向老教师学习。经过努力,我学到了很多东西同时在教学过程中对七年级教学也有了一些自己的想法。以下是我在本学期的个人工作情况总结。

  一、教学计划

  七年级是小学到初中的转型期,教学方式和教学内容都开始发生转变,所以我时刻注意学生对这种转变的适应情况,及时解决出现的问题。我努力把学习内容归类,用尽量简洁却有趣的方式教课,让学生在不知不觉中接受知识,以免学生对英语的学习产生厌烦的情绪。两个班的人数都在50人左右,要想对所有学生进行细致的辅导,这几乎是不可能的,所以我每周都会制定目标,针对广泛出现的问题进行有针对性的辅导。经过一年的学习,学生们已经逐渐的适应了初中的教学模式,知识上也有了一定的提高,而且知识的运用也较好。

  二、教学成绩

  在这一年的学习中大部分的学生都能够掌握初一应该掌握的英语知识,而且能够较为熟练的运用,这对他们今后的学习非常有帮助。另外,除了课本知识的学习我还注意学生良好习惯的培养,希望他们逐渐增强自制力,为学生从老师教的学习模式向自学型学习模式转换打好基础。本学期的英语期末考试中,七(3)班平均分是55.18分,居同级同类第一;七(2)班平均分是26.11,居同级同类第二,可喜可贺,但与外校比起来还有很大的差距。

  三、存在的问题

  虽然学生基本上都能把所学的知识掌握,但是在知识的灵活应用方面却仍旧存在困难。另外,部分学生对学习失去了兴趣,注意力投放在其他的地方,英语字母的书写仍然是一个问题,这不仅不利于教师的教学而且严重影响学生以后的发展,从而对学生人格的塑造产生很坏的影响。

  四、改进的措施

  只有掌握了这一学期教学和工作中存在的问题,才能更好的进行改进,所以我常常对自己的工作进行反思,以期有更好的教学方式呈现在学生面前。经过思考,我发现还有以下需要改进的地方:首先,对该年级教学重点不明确,从而导致有时候教学思路不明确,教学内容过多。其次,在掌握课堂方面有欠缺,不能时刻从总体上注意到学生的学习状况。最后,在教学过程中,对知识的延伸拓展做的不是很好。鉴于以上几点,在接下来的工作中我要多从学生的角度想问题真正了解学生学习的困难,帮学生解决学习中遇到的问题并让学生逐渐建立起自信,在轻松快中进一步提高学习成绩。

  以上就是我对本学期教学工作的总结,在这一年中我遇到了很多的困难同时也学到了很多,体验了很多的快乐,在以后的教学中我一定多学多思考并且努力提高自己的教学水平和能力。

  (1)此问句为一般疑问句。含有be动词的一般现在时的疑问句是把be 动词提到句首,句末加问号,肯定回答用yes,否定回答用no,be 动词的形式要由后面的名词来决定。

  (2)句中的your 为形容词性物主代词,翻译为“你的”,后面需要跟名词,句中的mine 为名词性物主代词,翻译为“我的……”,相当于形容词性物主代词加上名词,其后不需要再加名词。

  这本字典是我的。This dictionary is mine.
